The course will act as a companion and guide into your first forays into growing your own vegetables. It includes how to map, plan and design your own garden, information on crop rotations and cropping techniques, everything you need to know about plant nutrition and composting, how prevent and deal with pests and diseases as well as information on how to grow a variety of plant families!
The course material is a mixture of videos, activities and some written information. You’ll also be able to grab the video transcripts if you prefer to read or require an accessible option. Our videos have the option to include auto-generated closed captions if you wish to watch and read at the same time.
