It is with great sadness that we announce the closure of Propagation Place. After eight years of incredible progress in sustainable, ethical, and socially responsible horticulture, our parent charity, St Werburghs City Farm, is no longer able to sustain the additional costs of running the project.
We are immensely proud of all that Propagation Place has achieved, from serving over 10,000 customers across the UK to creating hundreds of opportunities for people to grow, learn, and connect through horticulture. None of this would have been possible without the support of our dedicated customers, volunteers, and partners, whose enthusiasm helped make Propagation Place one of the most trusted and loved vegetable plant suppliers in the country.
